Verifying the authenticity and integrity of documents

The Office offers an authenticity and integrity verification service for all electronic documents issued by the Ministry, which are identified by an electronic verification code (named CCV)

Access is allowed to the electronic records repository in the Ministry.

A printable version is saved associated with each document to facilitate its display; information about it signatures and an electronic verification code (CCV) are included in the right margin. This code, comprising a locator and a viewing password, enables users to verify that the printable version and the electronic document match.

The document must be checked at the url indicated in the document signature, "Verifiable at: https: // ..."
