Regulatory

Digital Certificate: The secretary of state of telecommunications is the body competent to initiate and resolve the administrative prosecution files on telecommunications.
Competition to agree the incoacion of all records and punish the very serious offences is delegated to the Director General of telecommunications and to penalize infringements serious and minor the assistant director-general for inspection and Supervision.
The maximum term of duracion of the procedure is for one year, and the period during which allegations to the charges and the proposed resolution is a month.
